Appointment Cancellation Policy
For 'private in-person' appointments
My appointment cancellation policy applies for 'private session' appointments when you cancel or reschedule your appointment and applies in the following circumstances:
When you cancel or reschedule your appointment:
- Twenty four hours prior to your scheduled appointment: there will be no charge to you
- Within 2 hours of your scheduled appointment time: you are are charged in full for your appointment
- Within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment time but before 2 hours prior to your appointment time: you will be charged at 50% of your appointment time (providing notice is given and received with at least 2 hours prior to your appointment time)
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment time, please
- Use the 'change your appointment' link in the email you received when you originally booked your appointment
- Contact Chalisa directly by phone or email - as soon as possible - to enable you to re-book at your preferred time and to enable Chalisa to re-book your time slot to someone else
Chalisa will use discretion based on specific client circumstances surrounding cancellations, however please respect that Chalisa is consistently booked out and late cancellations can not be re-scheduled to another client within 24 hours notice.
